Planning

There is no aspect of your wine cellar process that is more important than your initial planning phase.  It is for this reason that Cuvee does not recommend any type of “over the phone” planning session.  Given all the design elements, unique circumstances, and storage needs which change with each and every client, we have found that any attempt to design and create a perfect space without an onsite consultation is providing an injustice to both our design / build process and to you, the client.  We like to compare it to trying to describe a mechanical problem with your Lamborghini to a technician over the phone, with the belief that you will be able to correct it in your driveway with some advice.  We certainly would not recommend this as an intelligent method of automotive repair and it certainly does not make sense when you are building a highly specialized investment area in your home.
